American Falconry is a magazine that is devoted entirely to the sport of falconry and is produced by practicing falconers. Each full color issue contains some of the best photography in the industry. American Falconry is published quarterly and is jam-packed with fascinating articles covering the latest techniques in training, captive breeding and dog handling. Additional articles contain humor, adventure, personal viewpoints, and information for both the expert and beginner. Well-known authors and a fine departmental writing staff have set a new standard for falconry publications.

American Falconry News

June 22, 2009

Volume 51 is scheduled to get mailed June 25. They should start hitting subscribers mailboxes in early July. As always, it contains some outstanding articles. If you aren't already a subscriber you don't want to miss this issue. Subscribing is easy, just go to our subscription page, and sign up.

I finally got around to updating this page. It's a list of all articles ever published in American Falconry magazine, including Volume 51. It's a handy resource. Say you're trying to remember which issue had that article about catching sharptail grouse with a goshawk. Well you no longer have to painstakingly to through a big stack of magazines. Now with a quick check of the index you'll see it was Volume 31. The index can also be handy if you're thinking about buying some back issues and want to know which ones to get. Say you want to get all the back issues with articles about hawking squirrels. Well now you can with just a click.
